Job summary

BlueRocket Therapy is seeking a speech pathologist to run their own caseload with real independence across Perth. You’ll operate on your own ABN, keep a large share of what you bill, and we handle marketing, invoicing and contracts.

You control your caseload mix, availability and referrals, while we provide a governance framework and client-sourcing support. This is genuine subcontracting—the business, your decisions, and our systems behind you.

Qualifications

• ABN and professional indemnity insurance or willingness to arrange them.
• WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain them.
• NDIS experience and ability to manage own caseload with independence.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload across adult, paediatric or mixed referrals in Perth.
• Make clinical decisions autonomously with support from the team when needed.
• Your work is backed by our systems, governance framework and client-sourcing support.
