Job summary

LendaLink in Bathurst NSW invites ambitious finance professionals to build a long-term broking business with strong lender relationships and a proven growth framework. You’ll be your own boss, backed by an ACL holder, with a ready-to-go platform and custom digital tools, plus leads who already know our name.

The program starts with a structured 90-Day Launch and a 12-month Sub-Aggregator path for growing settlement volumes and a personal client base, supported by an in-house HR and Sales team.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (essential).
• Experience in finance broking or related field preferred but not essential.
• Existing referral networks, or sales, banking, vehicle finance or customer service experience.
• Not all successful brokers come from traditional broking backgrounds; drive, professionalism and a genuine desire to help clients are valued.

Responsibilities

• Establish momentum through the 90-Day Launch Program to build pipeline and start submitting deals.
• Pursue 12-month Sub-Aggregator Licence Agreement and develop your own business brand under LendaLink.
