Job summary

ELTHAM College is seeking a caring Integration Aide to join our Learning Support Team in the Senior School on a full-time, fixed-term basis through to the end of Semester 1, 2027. You will work closely with teachers to provide practical, individualised support to students with disability and additional learning needs, helping them access the curriculum and participate confidently in school life.

• Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing timetables.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality in-class support to students and assist teachers with curriculum delivery.
• Support literacy, numeracy, social skills, and classroom participation.
• Offer 1:1 support and prepare learning materials using ICT.
• Assist with data collection for learning support records and NCCD.
• Support students during assessments and excursions, ensuring safety.
