Zusammenfassung

ELTHAM College is seeking a caring Integration Aide to join our Learning Support Team on a full-time, fixed-term basis through to the end of Semester 1, 2027. You will work with teachers to support students with disabilities and learning needs, providing practical, in-class support to help them access the curriculum and participate fully in school life.

Your responsibilities include 1:1 support, curriculum modification and delivery, supporting literacy and numeracy, preparing learning materials,

Qualifikationen

Certificate III in Education Support or equivalent qualification.
Experience supporting students with learning needs and disabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong literacy and numeracy, including handwriting and typing.
Ability to work independently and flexibly in a classroom.

Aufgaben

Provide high-quality in-class support and assist teachers with curriculum delivery.
Support literacy, numeracy, communication, social skills and participation.
Provide 1:1 support where required.
Prepare learning materials and use ICT to support student learning.
Assist with NCCD data collection and reporting requirements.
Support students during NAPLAN, assessments and exams per provisions.
Promote student safety, wellbeing and confidentiality.
Accompany students on excursions and school activities.
Collaborate with teachers, Learning Support staff and College community.
