Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in Australia.
• Current driver’s license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
• MyGovID (Standard level) required.
• Willing to complete a National Police Check and a Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure employment opportunities with local employers.
• Support participants to identify skills to become job ready.
• Deliver quality service whilst adhering to contractual and compliance requirements.
• Enhance participants' employability through training and service referrals.
• Develop personalised job plans for clear employment pathways.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups.
