Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing, learner-centred environment for students with disabilities.
• Collaboratively develop and implement inclusive education practices and curricula.
• Monitor and report student progress to families and community.
• Develop Personalised Support Plans with clear adjustments.
• Engage professionally with leadership, staff, and the wider school community.
• Provide supervision and pastoral care to students.
