Job summary

Lumen Christi Catholic College in New South Wales seeks a Classroom Support Assistant to help teachers deliver inclusive education for students with diverse learning needs. This part-time role supports curriculum access and social skill development in a collaborative classroom environment.

Experience in an industrial setting is valued. Appointment is subject to child-related employment screening and WWCC checks as required by Catholic Education.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in School-based Education Support or undertaking an Initial Teacher Education program.
• NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) required.
• Accreditation in accordance with Work Teach and Lead in Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn policy.

• Support classroom teachers to ensure students with diverse learning needs can access and participate in the curriculum.
