Job summary

u&u Recruitment Partners is partnering with a large professional services organisation to recruit a senior People & Culture leader in Sydney. The role spans inclusion, wellbeing and psychosocial safety, balancing strategy with hands-on delivery.

You will lead a small team, partner with senior stakeholders to strengthen outcomes, own WGEA reporting, and drive policy development and data-driven improvements within a hybrid Sydney-based setup.

Qualifications

• Experience owning WGEA reporting and related requirements.
• Strong program and project delivery capability across complex environments.
• Experience leading teams and partnering with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own a broad portfolio spanning inclusion, wellbeing and psychosocial safety.
• Lead a team of two with clear direction and autonomy.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to strengthen outcomes.
• Take ownership of WGEA reporting and translate requirements into action.
• Own policy development and review across the portfolio.
• Use people data to identify risks, opportunities and improvements.
• Identify opportunities to remove barriers and improve the employee experience.
