Job summary

People & Purpose is seeking a Senior Safety & Wellbeing Partner to advise clinical leaders and site managers across multiple sites. The role focuses on translating safety metrics into practical prevention strategies and fostering a psychologically safe, high-performing culture in Aged Care & Community Services.

You will lead psychosocial risk programs, conduct WHS audits, and develop leadership capability through in-person training while supporting operational teams in a dynamic Not-for-Profit

Qualifications

Consultative and relationship-building approach to safety leadership.
Ability to influence clinical or operational stakeholders with empathy and coaching.
Experience designing leadership training and capability-building initiatives.

Responsibilities

Coach and influence operational leaders on workplace health, safety, and psychosocial risks.
Lead psychosocial safety framework rollout and corrective actions from surveys.
conducts audits to strengthen risk controls and regulatory compliance.
Analyse incident data and trends to deliver actionable safety intelligence.
Design and deliver in-person leadership training and wellbeing initiatives.
