Job summary

Goodstart Toormina is seeking an Inclusion Support Educator to join our passionate team. You will work with Senior Educators to create engaging learning programs and ensure every child feels safe and supported.

The role offers a Full Time / Fixed Term (6 months) contract with salary per hour plus super and discounts. You will contribute to inclusive practice, collaborate with families, and support child development in a welcoming centre near the airport and university.

Qualifications

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current NSW Working with Children Check
Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Senior Educators and Educational Leader to craft and enhance learning programs for children.
Maintain safety and inclusivity to ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences.
