Honour Early Learning in Camp Hill is seeking an experienced Inclusion Support Educator to join our Plais centre. You will support children with additional needs, implement inclusive practices, and collaborate with leadership to ensure high-quality, play-based learning.

You will foster strong relationships with families and staff, document progress, and contribute to ongoing program improvements while upholding EYLF and NQS standards in a nurturing environment.

Formación

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates.
• Blue Card Working with Children Check (WWCC) valid.
• Strong understanding of EYLF and NQS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Inclusion Support Educatorto join our Plais Early Learning centre in Camp Hill, Old Cleveland Road. Key Responsibilities

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Supporting children with additional needs to engage in play-based learning
• Collaborating with the Leadership team to implement inclusive practices
• Build strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and staff.
• Observe and document children's progress, ensuring individualised learning plans are in place.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continually improve the quality of our educational programs.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for all.
• Assist with open and close procedures as required.
• Assist with the continuous improvement of the rooms and centre.
• Engage with Centre Management with activities and initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education. Relevant tertiary qualifications in education, special needs or a related field
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates.
• Valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to nurturing a love of learning in children.
