Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified and experienced teacher with specialist training in neurodivergent learners and students with disabilities.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify neurodiverse students and collaborate with College stakeholders.
• Deliver interventions and assist teachers with curriculum differentiation.
• Design, implement and monitor adjustments documented in Personalised Learning Plans.
• Contribute to staff professional development and parent education programs.
• Prepare documentation under privacy and disability obligations (e.g., NCCD submissions).
• Support development of inclusive learning environments and disability programs.
