Job summary

Parade College is seeking a Learning Diversity Coordinator to advance inclusive education and the academic and spiritual growth of students with diverse learning needs. The role sits within the Learning Diversity Team and supports compliance with EREA principles.

The successful candidate will commence January 2027 after a two-year leadership appointment with a teaching load; based at Bundoora or Preston, with VIT registration and a teaching qualification required.

Qualifications

• Experience with neurodivergent learners and students with disabilities.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams of teachers.

Responsibilities

• Identify neurodiverse students and facilitate referrals with key stakeholders.
• Deliver interventions and assist with curriculum differentiation.
• Collaborate with class teachers to design and monitor adjustments in Learning Plans.
• Contribute to staff professional development and parent education programs.
• Prepare documentation for privacy, confidentiality and disability obligations, including NCCD submissions.
• Support development of inclusive learning environments.
• Implement programs to support students with disability.
