Job summary

Goodstart Port Kennedy is seeking an Inclusion Support Educator with inclusion experience to join our fixed-term team for 38 hours per week. You will work alongside Senior Educators to craft inclusive learning experiences and support every child to thrive in a safe environment.

The role offers up to $39.91 per hour plus superannuation and benefits, with 5% above award, 50% discount on childcare gap fees, paid parental leave, and generous wellbeing and shift support as part of a vibrant,

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current WA Working with Children Check
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed viaGecckoplatform

Responsibilities

• As an Inclusion Support Educator, you will help craft and enhance learning programs for children, with a focus on safety and inclusivity.
• Collaborate with Senior Educators and Educational Leader to implement high-quality learning experiences.
• Contribute to a nurturing, family-friendly centre culture that supports diverse families.
