Goodstart Early Learning is hiring a dedicated Educator to join our vibrant centre. You will work with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and deliver engaging learning programs for children from 6 weeks to 5 years, helping them thrive in a safe, inclusive setting.

We offer a full-time role (38 hours per week) with a pay range of $35.44–$39.91 per hour, at least 5% above the award, plus benefits like a 50% childcare gap-fee discount and paid parental leave to support your

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current QLD Working with Children Check
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Gecco platform

Responsibilities

• Assist in crafting and delivering high-quality learning programs for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.
• Collaborate with Senior Educators and Educational Leader to enhance classroom learning and safety.
