Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking an Area Lead Warehouse in Melbourne to oversee daily operations, ensure safe and efficient handling of materials, and maintain inventory integrity across PVC and AMB warehouses.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years in warehouse or logistics, with strong leadership, SAP experience, and solid knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse, logistics, or shipping operations in regulated environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, shift-based supervision.
• Experience using SAP and warehouse management systems for inventory control and tracking.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and safe work permit requirements; audits experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations within the assigned area for safe, accurate handling of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and integrity across PVC and AMB warehouses.
• Coordinate and monitor daily work activities to meet targets.
• Oversee receipt, scanning, storage, and movement of materials per procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and operational standards.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues; escalate risks when needed.
• Maintain documentation of inventory transactions and material movements.
• Train, coach, and support team members; assist with audits and continuous improvement.
