Job summary

CSL Limited in Melbourne is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support daily logistics hub activities, ensuring safe, accurate and timely handling of materials for internal and external customers. Job description

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for supporting the daily operational activities of the Logistics Hub to ensure the safe, accurate, and timely handling of goods, meeting the needs of both internal and external customers while maintaining high standards of efficiency, quality, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

Ensure compliance with the CSL Quality Manual, GMP requirements, and CSL's Health, Safety & Environment (EHS) Management System, including all relevant policies, procedures, and Enterprise Agreement obligations.

Demonstrate and promote CSL's values of Patient Focus, Innovation, Integrity, Collaboration, and Superior Performance in all activities.

Maintain a strong safety culture through personal accountability, support for process simplification, and achievement of targeted EHS KPIs.

Ensure all warehouse and distribution operations comply with cGMP, GDP, and GWP standards, including the accurate and timely receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of materials and Paste.

Maintain safe, compliant storage and handling of dangerous goods and poisons, while ensuring warehouse and external areas are clean, secure, and meet all OH&S requirements.

Perform general warehouse duties as required and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

About you

Demonstrated experience in warehouse and distribution operations, preferably within a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or related regulated environment.

Qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, or a related discipline (preferred).

Working knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and GWP requirements within a warehouse or distribution environment.

Proficiency in inventory management systems, with SAP experience highly desirable, and strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Ability to apply statistical analysis techniques, identify process improvement opportunities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Valid Forklift Operator's Licence, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively while demonstrating strong communication and customer service skills.
