Job summary

Linfox in Melbourne is seeking a proactive Team Leader for our National Distribution Centre in Somerton. You’ll oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, safety, and efficiency, leading a high-performing team on a Monday–Friday PM shift 2:30pm–10:30pm with a quarterly Saturday rotation.

We value strong leadership, people development and a hands-on approach to problem solving, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading warehouse teams and driving operational success.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on growth.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations with safety and efficiency focus.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing shift-based team.
• Collaborate with Shift Manager to resolve issues quickly.
• Manage performance reporting and operational planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and processes.
