Origin Energy is seeking an Energy Specialist for Telco with a focus on inbound customer service for residential internet customers. You will be the main contact via phone and email, working on a rotating 8am–11pm schedule with training starting mid-November in the CBD office.

You’ll handle service activation, retention, billing and technology support while providing empathetic, clear guidance to customers.

Formación

• Deliver end-to-end customer service for residential customers via phone and email.
• Rotating roster 8am-11pm Mon-Sun with shift allowance.
• Goes through initial training and onboarding in customer experience.
• Handle a range of customer needs including activation, retention, sales, tech support, billing & payments.
• Identify vulnerable customers and provide empathetic support and guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver end-to-end customer service for residential customers via phone and email.
• Assist customers across activation, retention, sales, tech support, billing and payments.
• Work within a rotating roster 8am–11pm, Monday to Sunday with overtime considerations.
• Participate in a comprehensive training program at start date.
• Support customers empathetically, ensuring they feel heard and safe.
