Backpacker Job Board in Melbourne is seeking an inbound sales professional for a well-established renewable energy company with offices in Melbourne and Sydney. This permanent, full-time role focuses on selling solar, batteries and related products to Australian homeowners, with consultative conversations, quoting, and closing deals.

Base salary from 60,000 + super (negotiable based on experience) with uncapped commission and OTE 120k-130k.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience required.
• Confident discussing pricing, value and solutions.
• Performance and commission driven.
• Strong communication skills essential.
• WHV welcome / full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Inbound phone-based sales to Australian homeowners.
• Speak with customers to assess needs and budgets.
• Quote and recommend solar, batteries and related products.
• Close deals end-to-end and maintain relationships.
