Bupa Health Insurance in Australia is seeking an Inbound Retention Consultant. You will understand why customers are considering leaving and retain them by offering tailored solutions that fit their needs and those of their families.

Full-time 38 hours/week, hybrid 2 days per week in Brisbane or Melbourne, salary $73,500 + super, Mon–Fri 8am–8pm AEST. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing coaching to help you succeed in a supportive, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• Recent Customer Service & Retention experience in a related environment.
• Ability to learn quickly and operate effectively in a disciplined virtual environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a mature attitude to confidentiality.
• Tech savvy with the ability to work across multiple IT platforms and screens.

Responsibilities

• Understand why customers are leaving and retain them with tailored solutions.
• Engage in detailed conversations with customers and families to assess needs.
• Coordinate and provide excellent customer service within a hybrid work model.
