Job summary

Click Industries is expanding into Ballarat and seeking a confident Sales Consultant to convert warm enquiries into customers for our food trailers. This inbound-leads role focuses on guiding buyers, educating them on trailer options, and closing sales without cold calls.

You'll handle inquiries via phone, email, and SMS, qualify leads, recommend solutions, build rapport, and manage order-related admin. The position offers a stable, full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience (phone-based or retail) is highly regarded.
• Experience in the food, hospitality, or catering industry is a big plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and SMS.
• Qualify leads and understand customer goals.
• Recommend the right food trailer solutions.
• Build rapport and guide customers through the buying process.
