About the Role

Join a close knit team in Thomastown to support walk-in, phone and email customers. Full-time, onsite,

5.5 days: Mon–Thu 8am–5pm, Fri 8am–4pm and Sat 8am–1pm.

Duties

• Welcome walk-in customers and respond to phone and email enquiries.
• Match customers with trailers and customise options to their needs.
• Prepare accurate quotes and follow up enquiries promptly.
• Process orders, invoices and registrations accurately.
• Maintain the sales yard and complete ad hoc administration.
