Job summary

Randstad is recruiting for Australia’s largest member-owned, not-for-profit health fund in Parramatta for a full-time, permanent role. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls with members who have cancelled or are considering leaving, listening to price, policy or claim concerns, and work to win back their business.

The role reports to the Retention Team Leader, offers hybrid work-from-home options after training, a fixed Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM roster, and a salary of $65,237 plus 9.5%

Job description

• Location: Parramatta, NSW (Hybrid WFH after training period)
• Position: Full-Time, Permanent
• Pay: $65,237 + guaranteed 9.5% shift loading + company discounts
• Hours: Fixed roster - Monday to Friday - 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM

About the Role
