Rebel Morley is looking for an in-store Visual Merchandiser with flair, energy and a love for fashion. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll bring campaigns to life, lead visual standards, and coach the team to deliver engaging displays in a busy retail environment.

This role supports Rebel and the Super Retail Group across 750+ stores, offers a strong work-life balance, weekly pay, staff discounts and parental leave from day one.

Qualifications

• Previous visual merchandising experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to coach and guide team members to visual standards.
• Strong communication and creative eye for displays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact visual merchandising that elevates the in-store experience.
• Execute rebel and global campaigns to showcase product stories.
• Support local events and engage community partnerships.
• Coach and guide team members to maintain visual standards and drive results.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and VM leaders for consistency across locations.
• Work from your home store while supporting surrounding locations.
