Super Retail Group’s rebel brand at Rebel Warringah Mall is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to lead high‑volume store displays and product presentation. You’ll drive execution of visual standards, campaigns, and customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Reporting to Store Manager, you’ll coach team members, collaborate with VM leaders, and extend visual guidance to surrounding locations. The role blends hands-on leadership with strategic vision to elevate in-store engagement.

Qualifications

• Previous visual merchandising experience is essential in a large-format retail.
• Proven ability to lead and coach store teams to high visual standards.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration across store networks.
