Job summary

Rebel is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to lead high-impact displays in a busy, large-format store environment. You’ll drive campaigns and ensure compelling product presentations that energize shoppers and support store goals.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll coach the team, uphold visual standards, and partner with VM leaders to deliver consistent results across the store and beyond, with growth opportunities within Super Retail Group.

Qualifications

• Previous visual merchandising experience in retail (large-format).
• Experience coaching and guiding team members to deliver standards.
• Strong communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Creative eye with hands-on, commercial execution.
• Ability to provide visual reporting on campaigns and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact visual merchandising that elevates the in-store experience.
• Execute rebel and global trade campaigns to showcase product stories.
• Support local events and community engagement initiatives.

• Work from your home store while supporting surrounding locations to drive standards.
