ZARA in Sydney is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to enhance store presentation and drive sales. You will manage in-store visuals, replenishment, and floor changes while delivering excellent customer service on the shop floor, fitting room, and at the tills.

Qualifications

• Must have visual merchandising experience in retail or a formal qualification in VM.
• Strong eye for fashion, product, and store presentation.
• Ability to translate trends into compelling floor displays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level customer service on shop floor, fitting room, and cashier desk.
• Monitor daily product replenishment and maintain image standards.
• Analyse sales rankings to promote correct merchandise.
• Create and propose commercial floor changes based on trends and sales data.
• Greet customers and provide assistance as required.
• Conduct competitor analysis and collect product feedback.
• Support other store functions as needed.
