Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising or styling.
• Experience supporting or leading a retail team.
• Strong interest in fashion and customer behaviour.
• Ability to read the store, make quick decisions and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual direction in store, translating trends into strong, commercial displays
• Monitor product flow and maintain high visual standards across all areas of the store
• Analyse sales and customer behaviour to promote the right product
• Support the team with daily visual priorities and commercial actions
• Work across the shop floor, fitting room and cashier when needed to support the wider team
