Job summary

Cotton On Group is seeking an in-store Visual Merchandiser for its Bondi location. This is an 18-month contract role focused on bringing the brand to life through bold storytelling and elevated visual moments.

You will deliver world-class execution, maintain VM standards, and strengthen brand identity to support commercial goals. You will drive consistency, create inspiring customer journeys, and coach store teams on visual principles while collaborating with store managers to align on strategy

Qualifications

Experience in retail Visual Merchandising.
Strong ability to tell brand stories through displays.
Ability to coach and develop store teams on visual standards.
Data-informed decisions to position hero products.

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain best-in-class VM standards that hero products and captivate customers.
Deliver the big idea through storytelling and outfit styling.
Ensure sightlines and fixture flow to enhance the customer journey and drive sales.
Support trade actions, visual updates and in-store activations.
Adapt visual direction to local store needs while staying true to brand DNA.
Collaborate with Store Managers to align on strategy and impact.
Coach and develop store teams on visual principles and standards.
Use insights to position hero products and improve visual decisions.
