Job summary

Cotton On Bondi is hiring an In-Store Visual Merchandiser to bring our brand to life through bold storytelling and elevated visual moments. You will maintain VM standards, strengthen brand identity and support commercial goals with hands-on execution and coaching.

You will drive consistency, create inspiring customer journeys and build team confidence in visual principles while adapting direction to local store needs, staying true to the Cotton On DNA.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering in-store VM experiences.

The Role

We’re on the lookout for an In-Store Visual Merchandiser who will bring our brand to life in store and inspire our customers through bold storytelling and elevated visual moments.

You’ll deliver world-class execution by maintaining visual merchandising standards, strengthening brand identity and supporting commercial goals. Through hands‑on implementation and coaching, you’ll drive consistency, create inspiring customer journeys, and build team confidence in all things VM.
