Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain best‑in‑class VM standards that hero our products and captivate customers.
• Deliver the ‘big idea’ through compelling storytelling and outfit styling.
• Ensure sightlines and fixture flow to enhance the customer journey and maximise performance.
• Support the execution of trade actions, visual updates and in-store activations.
• Adapt visual direction to suit local store needs while staying true to brand DNA.
• Coach store teams on visual principles and standards and use data to position hero products.
