Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain VM standards that hero products and captivate customers.
• Deliver big ideas through compelling storytelling and outfit styling.
• Ensure sightlines and fixture flow to enhance the customer journey and maximise performance.
• Support execution of trade actions, visual updates and in-store activations.
• Adapt visual direction to local store needs while staying true to brand DNA.
• Collaborate with Store Managers to align on strategy and impact.
• Coach store teams on visual principles and standards.
• Use insights and data to position hero products and improve visual decisions.
