Job summary

lululemon in Australia is seeking a Product Operations Educator to manage inventory processing and store organization, including receiving shipments, organizing stock, and ensuring optimal product placement on the floor and back of house.

You will support guests, help with RFID counts, restocking, and participate in omnichannel programs, while contributing to a safe, inclusive team environment and ensuring efficient store operations.

Responsibilities

• Organize and clean inventory workspace for efficiency and safety.
• Execute RFID inventory counts and processing per standards.
• Receive and process deliveries; fold, sort, and hang products to optimize space.
• Prepare and ship products per standards (damages, consolidations).
• Adjust product displays, restock, and move inventory on the floor.
• Support omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in store, ship from store).
• Interact with guests and connect them to team members as needed.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment.
• Use in-store tech to support operations and guest experience.
