Responsibilities

• Prepare cold foods and ingredients for cooking (weighing, measuring, mixing, portioning, chopping, and storing food).
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist, establishing priority items.
• Monitor food quality while preparing food.
• Serve food in proper portions onto dishes, plates, mugs, and bowls, ensuring proper plate appearance.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
