Join The Ritz-Carlton, Perth as a part-time Server delivering personalised guest experiences with attentive service. You will take orders, serve meals and beverages, and assist guests with menu selections, all while upholding luxury standards.

Use MICROS to record transactions, coordinate with the kitchen on dietary needs, and keep your area clean and presentable. RSA and Australian work rights are required. This is a non-management role within a global hospitality group.

Formación

• RSA certification from a nationally accredited provider.
• Food safety certification and strong customer service focus.
• Experience in a hospitality or guest-facing role is preferred.
• Eligibility to work in Australia and a flexible part-time schedule.

About The Role

Use your customer service skills to provide guests with a personalized and memorable experience.

Duties

• Take guests food and beverage orders, making recommendations and advising of menu options.


• Serve food and beverages to the table promptly following appropriate procedures.


• Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, dietary requirements and special requests.


• Record transactions using MICROS system.


• Maintain cleanliness and condition of working area.

Skills & Experience

• Responsible Service of Alcohol from Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA)


• I'm Alert Food Safety Certification (from City of Perth)


• Experience working in customer service role preferable


• Passion for customer service


• Unrestricted working rights for Australia
