The Westin Perth is seeking an In Room Dining Attendant to deliver room service in accordance with standard procedures and guest expectations. This full-time role requires RSA certification, relevant experience, and working rights in Australia.

You will join a dynamic food and beverage team dedicated to wellbeing and guest satisfaction. You will assist with stocking mini bars, maintain clean back-of-house areas, and build meaningful guest relationships to encourage repeat visits and positive

Qualifications

• RSA certification required.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rise with us and deliver room service to guests in keeping with the operating procedure guidelines.
• Understand guest requirements, engaging and inspiring guests with each customer experience.
• Ensure the back of house area is adequately stocked and clean at all times.
• Assist with stocking mini bar items in guest rooms.
• With a focus on our guest's overall wellbeing, engage and inspire guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience.
• Assist with serving food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Support your like-minded food and beverage team in general operational tasks.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookings.
