Job summary

Autograph Collection in Sydney is seeking Part-Time Food & Beverage Attendants to join our venues across restaurants, bars, and in-room dining. This role suits individuals who thrive in fast-paced hospitality environments and enjoy delivering memorable guest experiences.

You will provide service across restaurant, bar, and in-room dining, take orders, and maintain high standards of cleanliness while following RSA and food safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/service experience is welcomed; training provided.
• Current NSW RSA certification required.
• Strong communication and a friendly, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, efficient service across restaurant, bar and in-room dining.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests are well looked after.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
• Follow RSA and food safety guidelines at all times.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service and a positive atmosphere.
• Support venue operations including setup, pack-down, and restocking.
