Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in workers' compensation or related claims.
• Strong knowledge of NSW workers' compensation legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership experience or strong indirect leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead the legal strategy for the division.
• Provide senior oversight of complex and litigated claims.
• Lead, coach and develop legal managers and specialists.
• Oversee governance, risk and external legal panels.
• Collaborate with claims, technical and operational leaders to align strategies.
