Job summary

Home Care Assistance Sydney West is seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to provide one-on-one care for individuals living with disabilities or age-related challenges in their own homes.

Role focuses on daily living activities, personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, and social companionship. Part-time or casual hours with pay from $40.00 per hour are offered, plus training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Provisional or full driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle and comprehensive insurance.
• Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Immediate availability preferred.
