Job summary
Care Live Smile is seeking Home Support Workers to assist elderly and disabled clients in their homes across CBD and Inner West Sydney. The role covers personal care, domestic tasks, meal prep, and transport to appointments and social activities.
Candidates should have First Aid, a relevant screening/ police check, COVID-19 vaccination with booster, and be able to travel to nearby suburbs. Casual hours apply with competitive pay and benefits.
Qualifications
- First Aid certification required (HLTAID003, HLTAID011, HLTAID004, HLTAID012).
- NDIS Worker Screening ID or AU National Police Check needed.
- COVID-19 vaccination with booster mandatory.
- Available most days, able to start ASAP.
- Willing to work casual and travel to surrounding suburbs.
- For personal care: Cert III/IV in Aged Care/Disability/Individual Support/Nursing.
- For transport: valid car insurance, full driver's licence, car registration.
Responsibilities
- Support elderly and clients with disabilities at home.
- Provide personal care: showering, dressing, toileting, transfer assistance.
- Assist with domestic tasks and housework.
- Prepare meals for clients.
- Provide transport/social support: driving to appointments, outings, shopping.
