Job summary

Ozcare is seeking compassionate and reliable permanent part-time In Home Support Workers to join our North Lakes Aged Care at Home team, supporting clients throughout North Lakes and the surrounding region.

As an In Home Support Worker, you will provide practical assistance, social support, and domestic duties, helping clients maintain independence in their own homes. A flexible roster and ongoing training support your development.

Responsibilities

• Provide social support and companionship to clients.
• Monitor and report changes in client wellbeing and maintain records.
• Collaborate with care team, participate in training and meetings.
