Job summary

Ozcare Aged Care at Home in Maryborough seeks part-time In-Home Support Workers to provide compassionate in-home care across Maryborough and surrounding areas.

You will follow personalised care plans, assist with domestic tasks, and work as part of a caring team to support residents' wellbeing. A warm, flexible attitude is essential, with availability Monday to Friday 9am–4pm.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home care or aged care is preferred.
• Must have current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Valid Queensland driver's licence.
• Reliable vehicle and insurance.
• Availability Monday–Friday 9:00–16:00.

Responsibilities

Ozcare Aged Care at Home has part-time opportunities available for In-Home Support Workers supporting our clients across the Maryborough and surrounding areas

Your Role

As an In Home Support Worker you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our clients. Your tasks will include:

• Providing the very best care and support to clients in line with their personalised care plans
• Undertake domestic duties which includes cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
• Working as part of the care team, using a holistic approach, to look at every aspect of our residents' care

Role Requirements

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
• Current National Police Screening Certificate
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
• Current Queensland driver’s Licence
• A reliable roadworthy vehicle, with current registration and comprehensive insurance
• Proof of immunity, or willingness to become vaccinated against, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella (Chicken Pox) & Pertussis (Whooping Cough).
• Must be available Monday-Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm
