Job summary

BlueCare is seeking a Personal Carer Domestic to support clients in the community, helping maintain independence and improve quality of life. You will visit clients in their homes, provide daily assistance, and help with meals, cleaning and errands.

This permanent part-time role requires a valid Australian driver’s licence, a suitable vehicle, and comfort with technology and safeguarding protocols. Join a trusted community care provider in Rockhampton area.

Qualifications

• Current Australian driver’s licence (Green Provisional minimum) – essential.
• Roadworthy & insured vehicle to use for work – essential.
• Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops.
• Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.

Responsibilities

• Spend time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients in their homes.
• Provide domestic assistance with house cleaning, meal preparation, laundry and ironing.
• Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.
