Job summary

Focus Care is seeking enthusiastic and caring Support Workers to provide in-home disability and aged care support in Loftus, NSW. With a minimum of two hours with each client, you’ll build rapport and meaningful connections while working across transport, personal care, and social support tasks.

We welcome applicants with a current driver’s license and reliable vehicle, NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain), and availability for 10–15 hours per week across Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Available to work minimum 10–15 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Willingness to provide personal care, transport, domestic assistance and social support.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, transport and domestic assistance to participants.
• Deliver social support and travel to clients’ homes within the location.
• Build rapport and supportive relationships with clients over time.
