Nextt is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker to assist a client in Kew with person-centred support in a home setting.

The role covers community access, daily living activities, hydrotherapy participation, and assisting with meals and appointments. The successful candidate is patient, reliable and flexible, available 9:00am–3:00pm, seven days a week, and comfortable in a home environment with privacy and safety considerations.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and understanding approach to disability support.
• Ability to engage with individuals living with ABI and diabetes.
• Commitment to safety, privacy and person-centred care.

Responsabilités

• Providing personalised, respectful and consistent support
• Supporting community access and social activities

• Supporting participation in hydrotherapy, including getting into the water
