Job summary

Nextt is seeking a compassionate, reliable female Disability Support Worker to join our team in Kew. You will provide person-centred support to a client living with an ABI and diabetes, helping them live as independently and meaningfully as possible in a home setting.

The role involves community access, attending medical appointments, hydrotherapy, meal preparation, and safe home support. We value patience, professionalism, and the ability to build positive relationships on a 7-day, 9:00 am to

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• First Aid and CPR
• Working with Children Check where required
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Comprehensive vehicle insurance
• Ability to undertake required manual handling and participant-specific training

Responsibilities

• Providing personalised, respectful and consistent support
• Supporting community access and social activities
• Attending medical and other appointments
• Supporting participation in hydrotherapy, including getting into the water
