Job summary

First Call Nursing is seeking trained disability and aged care support workers to assist high-need clients in the South Western Sydney community. You will visit clients’ homes in the Liverpool, Fairfield, and Campbelltown areas, delivering respectful, person‑centred care to enable the highest quality of life in familiar surroundings.

Required qualifications include Cert III Disability or Cert III Aged Care, NDIS and Working With Children checks, and First Aid.

Qualifications

• Cert III Disability or Cert III Aged Care (or equivalent experience via work or family).
• NDIS worker check required.
• Working With Children check required.
• Right to work in Australia.
• First Aid certificate required.
• Experience with full body hoist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home support to disability and aged care clients across South Western Sydney, enabling quality of life at home.
