Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain good working relationships.
• Comfortable using mobile apps and technology to access rosters and record notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide domestic assistance: light house cleaning, laundry and meal prep.
• Assist with personal care: showering, dressing, grooming, medication support.
• Provide social support and transportation for activities, shopping and medical visits.
• Support clients in using aids and equipment and handle complex needs with care.
• Monitor wellbeing and report progress; update customer progress after each visit.
