Qualifications

• Must hold current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in community, aged care, disability, or rehabilitation settings is essential.
• Must possess a current Driver’s Licence, Police Clearance, and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home functional and safety assessments.
• Develop and implement individualised OT and reablement programs.
• Assess and recommend assistive equipment and home modifications.
