Qualifications
Must hold current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.

Must possess a current Driver’s Licence, Police Clearance, and reliable vehicle.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-home functional and safety assessments.
Develop and implement individualised OT and reablement programs.
Assess and recommend assistive equipment and home modifications.
